Coldplay have officially touched down in Dublin ahead of their four-night run in Croke Park and they have wasted no time in becoming tourists!
Chris Martin was spotted walking Dun Laoghaire pier at sunset and making friends with a local busker named Gerry, who was playing a banjo.

The Coldplay frontman, 47, looked totally relaxed wearing black tracksuit bottoms, a white long-sleeve top and a blue baseball hat as he sat on a bench chatting to Gerry at the popular seaside location.
The band announced they are 'so happy' to be in Dublin as the countdown to their four sold-out gigs begins, with the first show on Thursday, August 29, and finishing up on Monday, September 2.
The short clip was captioned: 'So happy to be in Dublin. Pleasure to meet you, Gerry'.
Irish fans were delighted to see Coldplay visiting local spots with some encouraging them to get a Teddy's ice-cream while they were there or to take a dip in Seapoint.
One person wrote: 'Only in Ireland,' while another fan going to the first of the Croke Park gigs wrote: 'See you tomorrow'.
Meanwhile, Cork musician Allie Sherlock, invited the band for another busking session while they're in Dublin, writing: 'Pop over to Grafton St on Saturday'.
Coldplay will take to the stage in Croker on Thursday night at 8.30pm and fans advised to arrive within Croke Park no later than 45 minutes before the show begins - or earlier if they want to catch the two support acts!

Gates open at 5pm with no early queuing permitted. The show will start with the first support act at 6.30pm. A second support act will take to the stage at 7.15pm before Coldplay at 8.30pm.
