5. Search forSizeand change its value to 3.

After changing the values of these registries, you need to reboot the service by following the steps mentioned above. Finally, check if the issue is resolved.

4] Copy the content in the Clean Boot State

Next up, we need to stop all the services running in the background and then try copying the content. To do so, our best bet is to start your system in the Clean Boot State. You can follow the steps mentioned below to do the same.

1. Open Run, type“msconfig”,and click Ok.
2. Go to the General, uncheckLoad Startup, check Load System Services, and Use Original boot configuration.
3. Then, click on Services, click onHide All Microsoft Services checkbox, and click on Disable all.
4. Then, go toStartup > Open Task Manager.
5. Right-click on the programs where Startup is set to Enabled and click on Disable.
6. Close the Task Manager and click onApply > Ok.

Now, you can reboot your computer, and copy the file that you intend to copy earlier.

5] Perform a System Restore

If nothing works, we will have to perform a system restore using a Restore Point to revert the system to the state where this issue was absent.
