How to request transcript from Indiana Wesleyan University? ›

Transcript Requests

Transcripts can be ordered online with electronic, postal mail, or Federal Express delivery options. How to Order: A Parchment account will need to be created for use. The account created with Parchment does not need to be the IWU email and password.

Official electronic transcripts can be sent to study@wesleyan.edu.

You must be a current or recently enrolled student to view your unofficial transcript. To view your unofficial transcript, login to One.IU and search for “unofficial transcript".

Official transcript should be submitted by your counselor. If the counselor submits online, the transcript should be attached to your school forms. Otherwise, transcripts should be sent directly to the schools to which you are applying. Please contact each admissions office for the exact address or procedure.

Official Indiana University transcripts are free. Expedited delivery of paper transcripts is available for a fee. Unofficial transcripts are available only to current or recent students who are able to log in to their One.

How do I get my unofficial transcripts as a PDF? ›

Chrome or Microsoft Edge: Go to Print, then change the printer destination to "Save as PDF". Other browsers on PC: Go to Print, then change the printer destination to "Microsoft Print to PDF".

Some differences only appear on certain careers (i.e., levels at which student records are aggregated such as Undergraduate, Graduate, Law, etc.) while others are universal across all careers at the University.
