@Xfinity I know you don’t get lauded when things work, so I try not to complain when service goes out. But it’s Thursday and we’re on our 5th outage since Monday and have been offline for a cumulative 20 hours. This isn’t worth $200+. #garbageproduct

@williamlegate They are a low-tier customer service rep that probably doesn't have access or the privilege rights to close accounts. Even if you call Comcast they need to send you to a billing representative before you make any changes to your account. You're so sad.

@Paris2NYC @TristanSnell We should all do it! I asked Comcast to remove fox and was told it was part of the package. I sent a letter to their corporate office asking for them to remove fox. A representative called me and told me they would discuss it, I never heard back from them.

@XfinitySupport I switched 3 phones over on Sunday. One is still not activated…4 days later! Spent 10+ hours w/customer support. Now told will have to wait another week. Not acceptable! I use the phone for work and am losing money. And no one seems to care at Xfinity Mobile.
